Instill ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials managed by Supabase Auth.
Skill content: We store the skills, files, and metadata you create within Instill.
Usage data: We may collect basic usage logs (page views, API requests) to monitor service health. We do not sell this data.
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL database) and S3-compatible object storage, both hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the Settings page in your Instill account, or by emailing hi@getinstill.com. Account deletion removes all your projects, skills, and personal data from our systems.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is removed within 30 days.
